After hiring contractors for various residential and commercial projects, she recognized the critical need for greater care, consistency, and higher standards in finishing work across the industry. She established the company in 2023 to bring an engineer’s attention to detail, technical discipline, and dedicated craftsmanship to every space.
Under her leadership, the company serves residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout major Texas markets, including Dallas. Tanita focuses on thorough surface preparation, quality materials, and dependable execution across all services, including interior and exterior painting, sheetrock installation, wall texturing, and epoxy floor coatings.
